EAC Background

Our firm derives its name after the East Australian Current (EAC). The EAC is the largest ocean current affecting Australia, sweeping 30 million cubic metres of water per second at speeds of 90 centimetres per second down the East Coast. The current flows from the tropics to the Southern Ocean and impacts weather, sea state, water temperature and marine life along the way, profoundly influencing the way of life on the East Coast of Australia.

EAC Partners acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We also pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

Our Values

Environmental, Social and Governance

EAC's dedication to environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles underscores our accountability to clients, shareholders, and the communities where we operate.

Open communication with our stakeholders is paramount for building strong relationships, instilling confidence, and optimising business operations. We routinely interact with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including clients, shareholders, investors, analysts, governmental bodies, regulatory authorities, employees, suppliers, and the broader community.
