Greg Quinn founded EAC Partners in 2009. He has over 25 years experience in global investment banking, specifically in mergers, acquisitions, divestments and debt, equity and venture capital raisings in Australia, New Zealand, US and Europe.
Prior to starting EAC Partners, Greg was a Managing Director of Merrill Lynch and led the industrials and media teams, where he was responsible for all key relationships and execution of client transactions. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Greg was an Executive Director in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, a Director at Macquarie Bank/Bankers Trust and an Associate Director at Samuel Montagu in London. Greg has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a MA from UNSW.
Robbie Singh has over 16 years of global investment banking experience in Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia. Robbie’s experience includes all of the aspects of mergers, acquisitions, strategy, finance and risk, with special focus on listed and unlisted infrastructure funds. Prior to joining EAC Partners, Robbie was Head of M&A and Investments for MCG Asset Management. Previously, Robbie worked in investment banking with a focus on Infrastructure, Regulated Assets and Structured Finance for Merrill Lynch, Macquarie Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Robbie has a Bachelor of Engineering from Punjab University (India) and a Postgraduate Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Bond University.
Greg Green joined EAC Partners in 2014. He has over 6 years experience working in mergers, acquisitions and the Private Equity industry. Greg previously worked with a boutique investment bank and was responsible for working with clients to assist in merger, acquisitions and divestments, both for strategic and financial purposes. Greg was involved with a number of public and private transactions. Greg also assisted in establishing a Private Equity firm based in Sydney and was responsible for evaluating, sourcing and acquiring investment assets as well as capital raising for the firm.
Greg has a Masters of Business from Bond University and a Diploma of Financial Markets from Finsia.
William is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of New South Wales. Previously, William interned at Deloitte and performed research at The Holt Group.
Daniel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) at the University of New South Wales. Previously, Daniel interned at PwC and Schroder Investment Management.
Hayden is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Actuarial Studies at the University of New South Wales.
